A very refreshing drink with the delicious taste of the magician. You can also make it with peaches if you want. You will need more, five or six, depending on the size.

  • 3 large ripe mangoes
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 cups milk
  • 6 ice cubes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of ground almonds
  • A few sprigs of mint

  1. Peel the mangoes and discard the pit. Cut a few slices of the pulp to decorate the shakes at the end, chop the rest, and put it in the blender glass.
  2. Add the lemon juice, milk, and a tablespoon of sugar. If your mixer has powerful blades, add the ice cubes as well. Taste the smoothie and, if you see that it is not sweet enough, add the rest of the sugar.
  3. Divide it into glasses and sprinkle each with a teaspoon of ground almonds. Thread the mango slices on wooden skewers, in a zigzag, and rest them on the edge of the glasses. Finally, complete the decoration with some mint leaves.

2. Refreshing lemon smoothie

This is one of the shakes in which we use ice cream to make it. In this case, cream, but you can use vanilla. Even lemon, if you want to enhance the flavor of this fruit.

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 medium bananas
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 scoops of cream ice cream
  • 2 cups of ice cubes
  • A few mint leaves (optional)

  1. Peel the bananas, chop them and mix them in the blender glass with the lemon juice, so they do not oxidize.
  2. Now add the milk, the ice cream, the sugar that you consider necessary, and the ice cubes if the blades of your mixer are strong enough. If not, you can add them a moment before serving to cool.
  3. Blend until you get a homogeneous smoothie and serve it decorated, if you like, with a few mint leaves.

  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 4 ice cubes

  1. Mix the chopped bananas with the strawberries, milk, sugar, and ice cubes if your mixer allows this function; otherwise, you can add them later and stir.
