Yashasvi Jaiswal (born 28 December 2001) is an Indian cricketer who plays for India Under-19s and Mumbai. 

In October 2019, he became the youngest cricketer in the world to score a List A double century. He has been signed by Rajasthan Royals for ₹2.4 crores to play in IPL 2020.

Yashashvi was born on 28 December 2001 in Bhadoi , Uttar Pradesh.


His father who owns a small hardware shop for their basic needs of Food and supplies.He moved to Mumbai at the age of 10 to take training for cricket at Azad Maidan but Azad Maidan was far away from his Dadar Home ,so he decided to move to KalbaDevi where he choose to work at a Dairy for a accommodation , but the owner was not satisfied and eventualy fired him from work.

Turning Point

Now, Yashasvi Lived for almost 3 years in a tent with the Groundsmen at the maidan. To make his end meet he sold PaniPuris and often slept hungry.


Jwala Singh who spotted the Diamond “Yashashvi Jaiswal” in December 2013, who own a cricket academy at SantaCruz.

Rajasthan Royals signed jaiswal for a whopping 2.4 crores rupees to play in IPL 2020.
